I signed a contract with Daniel from Remax for the sale of My house. His partner, Russel, handled the showing of the house. The signed agreement was for them to receive 2 1/2 % upon completion of the sale of the house on the market. And if other brokers or anyone else ended up bringing me potential customers who bought the property, then a total of 3% commission was to be shared between all parties. { 2 1/2 to Daniel & Russel & then the 1/2 goes to the other party }.
