The Exercise Coach has helped me become stronger and more consistent with my strength training. The 20 minute sessions twice a week are easy to fit into a busy schedule, and seeing my progress has been incredibly motivating. The staff is welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable, and the gym is always clean, comfortable, and never intimidating. It’s a great environment for anyone looking to improve their strength and overall fitness.
It is clean, it doesn't smell at all like all other gyms. Very few clients at time are allowed, and stuff is always monitoring activities, encouraging when needed or even... taking cussing words in multiple languages with a smile! 😀 jokes aside, I never thought that this program would work (it does!!), I never thought to be so welcomed and followed. Love my training at The Exercise Coach! Zac is an awesome, knowledge trainer. The workouts are a challenging 20 mins push. The owners are very nice, welcoming and keep the facilities very well maintained, clean. Highly recommended!
Love this place! I don’t have a lot of free time so this place is perfect for me! Get in, get out in 20 minutes twice a week! I joined about two months ago and I’m already feeling much stronger!
