A month into twice weekly workouts, I am showing progress each session and can see my muscles getting stronger. I appreciate how they are able to tailor workouts taking into account each individual's physical limitations. The special computerized equipment is amazing. The coaches are all well-trained and give the guidance and encouragement needed for clients to succeed.
Quick 20 min workouts that you can really feel! They are all very motivating and I really enjoy going!!
