I recently tried the 2 complimentary sessions and knew right away I wanted to continue working out at the Exercise Coach! Great atmosphere, great coaches and great workout in 20 minutes!
This is a great place. I have never been a self starter when it comes to lifting weights and this place is exactly what I was looking for. The coaches are great. The price is reasonable. And what I really like about it is the chances of getting injured are very low since they watch you very closely.
Best workout ever!
