Did the first trial session. It didn't leave me with sore muscles, even as someone who's never been to a gym nor has equipment at home; except one sore bicep for half of the next day, that's it. I'm leaving a poor review based on my personal experience, though I'm not saying all the reasons so as not to disparage someone. I went into it, and through the session, optimistically.
