I have been at the Exercise Coach for over a year now and it’s the best decision I ever made. It is only 20 minutes and even though it sounds like you can’t get a good workout done. I have gained muscle, have more energy and have lost weight. I can’t thank this program enough for changing my life.

I like to go for a workout here as it takes only 20-25 minutes to train all my muscles in a variety of ways and routines. The staff is professional, very friendly and happy to assist in any way. Julian is a great coach who motivates me to push through. When I'm done I always feel fit, strong and energized.

He immediately told me he thought I was having a bad day. Confused, I pointed out it was 8:15 AM -- how would I be having a bad day? He cut me off and said I seemed to be in a bad mood. I reminded him that he asked what I thought, and I simply gave him an honest response. I told him I was still interested in continuing the introduction, but if he felt I wasn't the right fit for his clientele, he could just say so. This is a highly specialized place to serve people 50+ They focused on high intensity training with state of the art equipment to promote muscle growth. I LOVE this place !!
