I hate exercise. But the Exercise Coach gives me 1-1 training, so no fear of doing harm to myself. I can talk myself into going because the sessions are only 20 min, twice a week.
Cassidy really pushes me and makes me feel great after a workout. yay
It’s great! I get my workout done in 20 minutes and feel good about myself. The coaches Sophie - Davon and April are energetic and knowledgeable. The space is clean bright and close to home! I’ve been a client for 4 years! Special shout out to APRIL for her encouragement and enthusiasm!
