I needed a change. I have always loved working out, but since my CP symptoms have changed going into my 40's and really affected my balance, I've felt so out of place. I was hesitant at first because it only requires you to train for only 20 mins. But, I now love it. Because it works. Every minute that I am there, is mazximized and personalized through it's technology. There is no waste and you have your. owmn app to verufy. your progress.I know without a doubt that it is paying off big time as far as my health and fitness. So far it beats any class or big gym experience. Great concept and wonderful studio.
