Top flight! The Coach, Mr. Ken Collins is excellent. He cares about his clients, and he's able to push in just the right way to keep one climbing a little higher each time. I have benefited greatly.
Ken is very friendly and will make you feel welcomed no matter how weak or broken you may feel. His method works to keep you strong. He also has some good jokes.
Ken is the perfect trainer. He encourages without being pushy. He is concerned for my physical health. He remembers my weaknesses. He adjusts the workout to optimize my results. The studio is a great size. It has very diverse workout machines and I don’t feel overwhelmed. The studio location is perfectfor me, being directly between most of my daily destinations.
