I've done a lot of different workouts and there is nothing like this place! It's an extremely efficient workout in the time allotted. The use of specialized equipment and individualized attention is perfect for those with injuries, the elderly, and everyone in-between to gain muscle and increase your overall fitness level. The owners are super nice people, the place is super clean, and I always feel so welcome there. I can't recommend The Exercise Coach enough!
The Fairlawn studio delivers a comprehensive fitness program that includes information, tools and fitness training that produce results. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and aware of my needs. The environment is welcoming and supportive. Each session presents a challenge and opportunity for continuous growth. I started here out of convenience but the personal attention combined with the science behind the workouts keeps me a client.
The coaches really care about your health. They encourage you to be your best self. My husband had a serious helath issue where he had to learn to walk and care for himself independently again. Once therapy was over, he returned to the Exercise Coach and they have helped him to build back his strength and balance. They are wonderful. Invest in yourself.
The facility is beautiful. I absolutely love all of the staff and I'm excited to see them! Not only do I love the staff, every member has been so accepting and encouraging! Come see them, you won't regret it! 💪❤️
