OMG!! OMG!!! 10th year wedding anniversary coming up my husband said he was going to have my wedding rings cleaned and BEY BEY !!! Upgraded my ring, removed my stones and replaced it with an awesome big stone. Shash u did your thang!!!! I was absolutely Ecstatic I called every one I knew lol I was completed surprised!! The customer service here is immaculate! The pricing is even better. Not to mention the turn over time for a repair or custom piece is unmatched for the area. I am very excited to pick my pieces up and will add photos of them to the review when I have them. I had the best experience here! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly educational throughout the whole process. He took his time with me, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience feel so natural and enjoyable. It was perfect from start to finish — no pressure, just genuine care and expertise. I felt completely confident and happy with my purchase. Highly recommend! Also texted to see how the purposal went and celebrated with me on the phone
The store doesn't say appointment only but it should. Everytime I try to walk- in during "business hours" they are closed. If I call it goes to a message that says they are serving another customer but that can't be true because I am standing outside during business hours and the shades are down and clearly closed. I wanted to get a custom piece made and I live downtown so store seemed convenient....unfortunately I'll probably have to drive to Alexandria or Richmond to get a quality piece made.
