The store doesn't say appointment only but it should. Everytime I try to walk- in during "business hours" they are closed. If I call it goes to a message that says they are serving another customer but that can't be true because I am standing outside during business hours and the shades are down and clearly closed. I wanted to get a custom piece made and I live downtown so store seemed convenient....unfortunately I'll probably have to drive to Alexandria or Richmond to get a quality piece made.

Trustworthy and skilled! I went to two other jewelers to change my four corner prong head for a compass head setting. The other two jewel lets didn’t know how. Exclusive Gem knew just what to do to turn a beautiful ring into a stunning one of a kind piece. Fair prices and very skilled. Do not hesitate, go there!!
