RecommendedWe held our daughter‘s bridal shower at the private room at the exchange, on Sunday, August 4. Everything about our experience was absolutely wonderful! The event manager, Charles Benson, worked to make our experience there a great one and it absolutely was! They served food that was delicious and fresh and hot and plentiful, and their wine list was spectacular. The venue itself is gorgeous. RecommendedMy husband and I both had the Exchange Burger, one made with beef, the other with an Impossible burger. Both were fantastic. Service and atmosphere were excellent.

The staff was wonderful and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. I ordered the Baby-back ribs and greens with potato salad. The ribs were boiled not smoked. The collard greens were sautéed and texture was hard to chew. And I don’t want to mention the potato salad. To sum it up my food was very disappointing. I don’t recommend the baby back ribs.
