Staff was accommodating, and the maintenance crew was great! Overall a wonderful experience, couldn’t think of a better place to live!

The Exchange truly delivers a top quality living experience. The apartments are beautiful and modern and the community provides a vibrant style that you really can’t find anywhere else in the area. The Bevilacqua Management team is always on top of any requests and maintenance is quick to respond to anything needed. It really is such a gem in the suburbs of Buffalo!
This place has such a stench to it. I think it’s because there Sewer system is connected to the restaurants below. My nephew was there for literally 3 months and they did nothing about the stench. When he was able to get out of his lease they charged him 700 dollars to clean an already clean apartment. Save your money and time. Horrible property guys
