I had a terrible experience renting from this company. They are dishonest and have taken my money without providing the service promised. From the start, I encountered issues with the lease that were never resolved, and when I reached out for help, they ignored my messages. The apartment was in poor condition, not at all as advertised. I had the distinct pleasure of staying here for a few nights, and as a traveling mural artist, I was commissioned by the gracious owner of the building, Sardor, to create some murals. I did a mural inside of room #1509 and I also did a mural on the whole 4th Floor hallway. This place is great, and the location is awesome.
