Very poor customer service. The property manager took forever to return my emails, never sent over the virtual tour links she'd promised me and then, after I submitted an application, ghosted me altogether. That tells me something about how they might respond to their tenants if they don't even respect their applicants.
I lived here for 1 year and absolutely loved it. The location is great, the property manager is super friendly and accessible and the views are awesome. I loved my balcony and all the sunshine I got through my south-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows. I also love that the building is dog friendly and there are a lot of friendly dogs there.
