Let me start by saying I have been a resident here for 5 years and our new maintenance by far is the best. He’s courteous and professional. He explains everything step by step and has made a the property much more pleasant! Ms Mary in the front office has been a god send as well. She was very helpful in my recertification process and makes the complex feel more like a community. They both have been a great addition to our little community. Had a pleasant time in the office the staff was very nice and understanding..
It's okay but there are problems. Ac broken cars getting their batteries stolen. Kids out banging on doors and running away. I keep to myself so it's fine but people out here are loud at night and the apartments aren't the nicest. They look fine but there are problems. Even my neighbors apartments have problems over here.
This situation is extremely unacceptable. The pool is scheduled to open at 11:00 AM, and it is currently 1:12 PM, yet it remains closed with no communication or explanation provided to residents. We already have limited access and restricted hours to use the pool, and now we are losing even more of that time because no one has opened the facility as scheduled.
