Do not stay here. I was in a townhome and we had mold issues. They have crazy pet fees. We had bugs even though we are clean. During the daytime it's fine but at night there's sketchy stuff going on even though there's a cop who parks out there. Cars getting broken into and everything.
It's not great. The amenities are bad and the ac is always broken. There are bugs even though my apartment is clean(and i paid for an exterminater) and the walls are super thin. It can get pretty loud at night too. Its not cheap to live here either
I Moved to The Exchange in Feb of 2026 . The office staff is always very friendly and courteous. Apartment’s are nice and updated absolutely love the kitchen and large bedroom . The grounds are always kept up and nice . My neighbors are very friendly as well . I love my community and the amenities as well which include a gym , laundry center and pool . DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! This place is completely unsafe for anyone especially children. There is this girl thats just been running around hurting and attempting to hurt people. No one has done anything about this!! Cops were even called and still no change!! Stay far away from here if you value the safety of you and your children.
I absolutely love my NEW HOME!!! Mary helped me with everything! Definitely recommend living here!
