A few weeks back, our dishwasher wasn’t draining. We made a maintenance request and Kevin came over the next day to check it out. We tried everything, but he said we needed a new motor. He came back a few days later to install it, test it, and make sure it was working. But it was still broken, so he ordered a brand new washer and came back again a few days later to replace it. This Place is a SCAM – Stay FAR Away! If you’re thinking about moving into Arrive Wheaton, DON’T. This place is a nightmare, and the management is the most incompetent and dishonest team I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we moved in, it’s been nothing but stress, lies, and neglect.
