My washer/dryer broke on Saturday 5/31. The rental office sent someone to look at it. The maintenance guy said the unit was not repairable and assured me he would personally install a new washer on Monday 6/2. When I got home Monday to a note on my door saying I would be added to a list for washers, expect delivery 2-3 weeks. Totally unacceptable!
Aji is the absolute best. She made my move in experience smooth.
Aji was very helpful with the leasing process. She made sure to keep in contact. Only down fall I’m currently having is when leaving the apartment or arriving the hallway smells like pet urine 24/7
