Management is always the first impression you get from an apartment complex, and Arrive Wheaton’s management team has left me disappointed. Although the apartments seem nice from an outsider’s perspective, management seems to be unconsciously rude and unresponsive at times. The management team here is a nightmare. They never gave me a parking pass and when I asked for one they didn’t have any in stock. My car has now been towed twice even with a temporary pass they have given me. Not to mention when I moved in there was splattered coffee stains all over the blinds! Horribly disappointing.
This is a beautiful apartment. Yet, there were numerous things in the apartment that still need to be fixed and we’re not clean. However, the staff were really helpful and polite.
