The maintenance team successfully unclogged the sink in my apartment. I am really appreciative of all of the hard work that our maintenance crew puts in.
I genuinely wish I could give this place a zero star. I lived here for 3 years, and the first 2 years were fine barring the horrible WiFi , but this last year has been completely awful. I transferred to an apartment riddled with black mold, the air conditioning went out twice in the middle of august heat, maintenance broke my bookshelf and I had to call the corporate office to get my money back. If security is your main concern, then maybe this isn’t the place for you. So many car windows smashed, and break-ins it’s actually not funny.
Plus side: Great buildings, great amenities Negative side: awful internet service, awful maintenance, GOD forbid something goes out of order, awful emergency maintenance not sure to recommend this complex or not Update: The internet in our building has experienced outages twice in nearly a month, causing significant inconvenience.
