After two days waiting for an estimate, Eric sends me a text that he will “get to it when he gets to it”. The worst customer service. Don’t bother with these guys. And just now, after telling him not to bother that I’ve hired somebody else he sends another text “well there’s something we agree on “. Shame on The Excavators.
These guys are the best and I wouldn't recommend another driller. They have never missed!
