Kelly gives amazing facials! She has a 6th sense for knowing exactly what your skin needs. I also love that she includes a lot of massage in her treatments. She does cancel and reschedule somewhat frequently, but she warns you that this may happen at your first session.
Had a great experience with Kelli. I booked a facial through class pass (my first time doing so and I was nervous about it) and was pleased surprised by the space and quality of the service. My skin has never felt more hydrated, it feels baby soft. I will definitely book again.
Went to the Frankfort location and Kelli was very nice and professional. She helped worked with my schedule to come in for a facial. It was so relaxing and my face is more hydrated than ever!
