I love the screen porches!!!! The management is very caring.
I lived there while my house was being built and it was perfect! I loved my apartment home. It was very well lit at night and my neighbors were quiet. My daughter and I enjoyed the gym after school/work most evenings. But the location was THE best part of all! I highly recommend The Evergreen Club Apts.
We recently renewed our lease. The location of the complex is quiet and when you have a maintence issue they are prompt to respond.
