This clinic used to be fantastic — friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. But ever since Optum took over, things have gotten… well, let’s just say “adventurous.” It’s basically an urgent care now, with the excitement of never knowing which doctor you’ll see next. Appointments? Like trying to get concert tickets to a sold-out show. Test results? You might get them faster from a carrier pigeon. Dr. Bhaskar is the best, if my memory serves me he was a former ER doctor.
DO NOT GO HERE! Corrupt billing practices, sub-standard patient care, horrible customer service. I was charged a whopping $475 for a 10 min visit, where my health concern was not even resolved AND I had to wait 45 mins just to see the doctor. After several calls to customer care, they finally raised a formal request to look into the billing for me. I never received a call back with the results of the request. Then when I called back, they said they "left me a voicemail" but my phone has no such voicemail recorded. Please do ... read more
