I was nervous about my appointment but everything went so smoothly and I really liked the people there. It was quick and not as uncomfortable as I thought it’d be.
Rude and unprofessional. They lied to us about taking our insurance and next surgery from a different provider my wife could find was 5 months away, so we felt pressured to get the surgery and pay out of pocket. While waiting for my wife in surgery, the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional to us that my 6 year old daughter no longer felt safe or welcome in the waiting room, so we sat in our car for the remainder of the surgery. Avoid this place like the plague
Absolutely terrible clinic let me show up to appointment without telling me my insurance was not accepted. They called me to schedule the appointment and only let me know I couldn’t be seen after I had taken the day off and driven all the way to the appointment. Would highly recommend you take your business to any other healthcare provider in the state.
Went there for my ultrasound appointment. Reception checked us in and with in few minutes we were inside the room no long waits. Technician was very professional and friendly. He explained the process completely and made me comfortable.
