Dr.Berens ruined my life and left me debt. I am 23(m). I came into Dr. Berens office with chronic difficulty breathing due to a severely deviated septum caused by an injury. I wanted a septoplasty(I am not a medical professional). After completing a CT scan I was informed by Dr.Berens that due to the severity of my septum deviation in my tip it would be impossible to just do septoplasty, and said that I needed to do a mix of rhinoseptoplasty to rebuild the tip after straightening the septum. Should probably check the elevator heard a loud bang going down
Doctor Adam's was my surgeon who removed the tumor from my neck and he did a great job. I came back for a follow up a few years later and I had to he scheduled as a new patient. When I arrived at my appointment I was told there was a 30 minute delay and that all his appointments were usually delayed. My frustration is with the front desk managers who made me feel unwelcome and told me to call to reschedule and pushed me to see other ENTs in the area.
