Just went in and was asking for some type of help, advice, tests, and Dr Oden refused and told me I was fine. I asked for some sort of help and he just kept saying "what do you want me to do" "what am I supposed to do, I deal with broken legs and tooth infections". Once I told him to put it in my chart that he refused service or to help me at all, he then said he would give me a referral. He was very condescending, rude, and dismissive. I went in with some difficulties from a stomach virus, and they took great care of me! I felt that I was in great hands and that they were listening to me and helped me feel at ease physically and mentally. The staff are kind, gentle and amazing! They did an amazing job while putting in my Fluid IV, I barley felt a thing.
