I'm not a fan of Optum, but I find this clinic efficiently run (people who complain about wait times should remember that usually depends on how many people are ahead of them and what kind of medical issues they have). It's a walk-in clinic, not a fast food restaurant! I also tend to get really good advice from doctors and RNs here. They are thorough and caring.
They charge $468 for a 1 hr therapy session. Absolutely criminal. The therapist talked the entire time, never focused on what I had mentioned as key problems, and just went in circles.
Fast and easy urgent care.
Had to have CT scan,Ultrasound and lab work. All very friendly. Except resptionist at lab department . 3 different times just walking up to counter she is short in her voice and rude. The bigger gal. I don't know her name. But anybody that has gone to the lab. They know who I'm talking about.
Used the walking clinic. Was seen by Dr. Bylund who did a great job.
