My ongoing healthcare, both primary and specialty has been fabulous. My medications are continuously monitored and updated and I am in great health. I notice most of the negative comments here are either not healthcare related, but rather insurance or related to a lack of personal advocacy. Health insurance is a a national problem, not an Optum problem. If you feel you're being ignored, ask anyone for help and you will get it.
I came here in severe pain, hoping for "urgent" care, but ended up walking out after 45 minutes of being ignored. When I asked the front desk about the delay, the receptionist was completely indifferent, stating there was "nothing she could do" even though three doctors were on staff. This facility is already known for high prices and overcharging, but I was willing to pay for immediate help.
