Dr. Vasil called my sister to say that I was mad at him..due to him not giving me Pain Pills ???? I can't believe a Dr would do such as terrible thing like that. If I was in pain I might have ask him. But that is a lie he told. Isn't this illegal for him to call my sister? She wasn't even a contact person on my file I'm humiliated and so hurt.
I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. Wait times are always long and they aren’t receptive to feedback. Just spent 45 min waiting to get blood drawn at the lab. The doctors in Urgent Care are nice and the care has been fine.
Feel like I need to give this place credit - I have had really great care here for myself and my family. Sure wait times may be long but if you live in Lake Stevens you are so close to your house, to me that is better than sitting in traffic. Everyone has been so nice here! Grateful for this clinic being so convenient.
Care and gender affirming hormone therapy wise this doctor was okay, but when I asked her to write my letter of recommendation for a gender affirming surgery, she refused. I tried explaining to her that gender affirming care saves lives but she didn't care or listen to me. The language used in the bulletins also contained outdated/transphobic language. I highly recommend finding a pcp at a clinic that has a dedicated transgender health program.
