Giving Optum a 3/5 stars because the care I received was excellent, but my billing experience afterwards was not. I went into the ENT for a minor procedure that went well, I was happy with the quality of care I received, and very minimal scarring was left behind as the surgical area healed. My husband and I visited the Optum Edmonds location today and were impressed by the physical environment and the friendly, professional staff at the check-in desk. Wait time was minimal, and the PA and nephrologist we saw were respectful and knowledgable.
