After living in the apartment for 2 years, I was charged $500 for carpet replacement despite leaving the carpet clean, stain-free, and without any significant damage. I work on call 24-7 and was only home for a few days a week meaning the carpet experienced very little actual use during my residency. What makes this so disappointing is that normal wear and tear is an expected part of renting. I’m in my second year living here and it’s been wonderful so far. A big thank you to Lulie the Groundskeeper—she’s so helpful, kind, and friendly! She keeps everything looking beautiful!
Closed every time I try to tour
Management doesn’t address any property issues. Lots of security concerns. Would definitely look elsewhere for the price. Only pro is that the maintenance guy was quick to fix things.
