I worked directly with Evelyn on a property she had listed. I am an out of state real estate broker and wanted to buy a second home. The process was easy. Since I was out of state, I didn't get to view the property until just before closing, but Evelyn was able to schedule inspections that I needed done and provide me the reports timely. Her experience clearly was a benefit in getting this done with no hiccups.
Almost a year ago we began our search for a home in Franklin. We lived in California and had visited friends here and fell in love with the area and the people.
