As a multiple car loan holder with Evangeline Bank I was extrememly disappointed with the experience I received in regards to being approved for a home loan. Rhonda Ruppolli "Vice President of home mortgages." Ultimately received the WORST case experience giver for making people feel welcome. Buying a new home is not a comfortable feeling. Today I went to Evangeline Bank with my son. Who was requesting a Title loan on his car that he owns. His request was for only half of the value of the vehicle- because we knew before we walked in that he had a bankruptcy in his recent years, I suggested he try to get a secured small loan to help build his credit back. He was not surprised that they turned him down, and neither was I, but was hoping he could either get the loan or advice on how to start to rebuild his credit. What we received was astonishing to me.
