Poor reception/admin at this place. Told to go to Euroa for a blood test, the receptionist told me to go to SEALS, where they told me I needed a request form from Euroa. Now why couldn't the receptionist have told us that from start. He was both incompetent and condescending and didn't appear to understand his job. Surname starting with a K, balding bearded fellow. Not good at his (easy) job
Some rude and non understanding staff
These guys are terrible at managing their patients... horrible institution.
Bad people, avoid! They allow medical negligence daily and show no duty of care to patients or the community!
