The receptionist that took my call was great, however they are very hard to get in touch with even if you leave voicemails. The practice manager is not friendly at all and basically referred me to another practice because I had questions and was not given the correct information… or any information for that matter. I did not read the reviews before I reached out but now that I am looking through the reviews I see the customer service is not the greatest. I wish I was able to get an experience from the doctors but unfortunate... read more
Dr. Engen is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and kind. He listens to his patients and invest his time in helping them. He is an excellent expert and epitomizes what a great mental health specialist should be.
I’m giving a 2, not because of the doctors which I’m sure are great but rather the staff that handles the appointments. They received my referral at the end of September and it was just on and off communication from there. I tried calling several times and could never get through. I ended up just switching my referral to someone else. I received a text today that said “Are you still wanting an appointment with us? Yes or no” Yikes. Not sure it’s worth the headache.
