They will not answer any phone calls and will not return any voicemails I have left. There should be no reason to not return a call, if your business is very busy and can’t handle the amount of calls then hire more people. I will be traveling an hour and a half to this business next week to talk to someone in person, because we desperately need an appointment and this is the only place that was recommended to us. I wouldn't recommend , the receptionist are respectful & kind but you may only get a chance to speak with someone once ! It's really hard to get in contact with them you literally have to chase them down . The evaluation that i received has incorrect information on it . Save your time & go elsewhere !
The care, compassion and knowledge I have received from all staff members is unmatched. I truly believe Dr. Engen is a gift. Thank you

The receptionist that took my call was great, however they are very hard to get in touch with even if you leave voicemails. The practice manager is not friendly at all and basically referred me to another practice because I had questions and was not given the correct information… or any information for that matter. I did not read the reviews before I reached out but now that I am looking through the reviews I see the customer service is not the greatest.
