I am writing a positive review for the Ethans Apartments I am seeing improvements around the property. Seeing more maintenance being done. All of my maintenance requests have been addressed. Painting going on in the breezways which makes me think that property managers are wanting to make improvements in the appearance of the property. The dead trees have been numbered. Hopefully they will be cut down before another one falls. I enjoy my apartment and the location and don't want to move. Hope to see continued improvement... read more
