I recently came across a review from a CALVIN… Can’t currently find it now. Hopefully he removed it !? Sir .. I’ve lived here at The Estates 12 years now. I’m ( like all ) are treated with greatest respect & humanity. Like family IF.. should need a maintenance help for repair ( VERY RARE ?!) They are there bright & early next morning of the call to the maintenance hotline. Property so well kept & updated continuously. Lots of amenities included EVEN INTERNET in price of monthly rent !! For reference, I always paid on time, if not early, and only had at most 5 questions for my entire lease. Kent is awful. He was nice before I moved in. He said if anything happens feel free to ask him about it. But when it actually happened he got very rude. When I told him I was moving out he said I was wrong about when the lease ended at least 2 times. When I called him out on it he basically called me stupid and not worth his time. This company quoted my mom $990 verbally, had her send them $700 via Venmo, and then sent her an email to say that rent was over $1200 per month. They will not refund her money.
From get go. Impressed by The Estates. Being shown around potential apts. The windows being washed! Halls vacuumed! ALL their properties like that !! Quite security conscious. One would should feel like a movie star with all the 🎥’s there is. Inside ( halls etc) & out ! Buildings coded. Laundry coded. Extremely well kept.
