From get go. Impressed by The Estates. Being shown around potential apts. The windows being washed! Halls vacuumed! ALL their properties like that !! Quite security conscious. One would should feel like a movie star with all the 🎥’s there is. Inside ( halls etc) & out ! Buildings coded. Laundry coded. Extremely well kept. Rarely a time to call maintenance but they WILL be by within 24 hours ! Very quiet community. Golf course! Military discount! Respect the very normal & easy rules. Been living here for about 4 years now, and I haven’t had a bad experience. Anytime I need maintenance they come out next day usually. There was a brief period of roaches due to an apartments living conditions below me, but they were ontop of the game and exterminated them within a couple weeks. The landlord Kent is a nice guy, straight to the point, if you don’t cause problems and pay your rent he doesn’t bother you. All in all, it’s been a good several years I plan on being here several more.
