Been living here for about 4 years now, and I haven’t had a bad experience. Anytime I need maintenance they come out next day usually. There was a brief period of roaches due to an apartments living conditions below me, but they were ontop of the game and exterminated them within a couple weeks. The landlord Kent is a nice guy, straight to the point, if you don’t cause problems and pay your rent he doesn’t bother you. All in all, it’s been a good several years I plan on being here several more.

This gentleman is very rude , I am a stroke victim ,paralyzed on my left side living on a fixed income . Was told I didn’t make enough money for any of their properties and I need to get another job and then hung up on………
If i could give it negative star rating I would. This place is horrible for someone that pays good money to live here you can expect all of your clothes and your furniture to smell like cigarette smoke even if you don’t smoke. There are sign saying it is a smoke free apartment but that is more of a suggestion than anything literally everyone smokes in these apartments too.
