As someone who experienced living here, I can share a different perspective. For context, I have a physical disability and I use a manual wheelchair. I was in the hospital for two weeks with multiple fractures due to a fall and was transferred here in February. I’ve never had to stay in a care facility or anything similar. If I could put 0/5 stars, I would. You can barely walk through the hallways without passing out from the terrible smells (especially the long term care hallways). The rooms look and feel like jail cells. All concerns brought to upper management are never addressed appropriately or resolved professionally. If you care at all about your loved ones, do not bring them here.
