My mother was left in the main lobby with no food and water and she was in hospice. She died later that week

I called to speak with my mother, she said I would have to wait until tomorrow to ask about an open bed.So I did raise my voice and said I don't want a bed I would like to speak with my mother. Oh what is your mother's name ok I will transfer you to her station. The phone is answered and says they are not accepting voice mail messages. They have plenty of time to laugh and giggle!VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL SEE HOW THIS PLACE OPPERATES ! -50

This place needs to be shut down. If I could, I’d give negative stars. My dad was here for a brief period in May 2024. Due to his complex medical issues, he was not suppose to have liquids nor have blood pressure taken from his right arm , but the very first day at this place, a nurse came in and offered him a cup of water and tried to take blood pressure from his right arm. This facility is horrible. My father was there for only 1 month and had 2 bladder infections, pneumonia, RSV, norovirus, and fell twice. On one of my visits, the aid transferred my father without a belt and dropped him on the floor right in front of me. I was furious and tried to speak to the Director of Nursing, Social Worker, and the Administrator; none of them would call me back to discuss his maltreatment.
