Medication problems,they run out and don’t reorder until after so u don’t have meds on certain days. Weekday nurses r ok,but on the weekends they have people who are not capable of providing adaquate care. This place is not very good. The Dr’s are only in1-2 days a week and only see you for a minute if they see you at all. Don’t put your loved ones here if you love them

I was at the short stay section of this facility visiting my friend. The staff were friendly. The room was very plain. No chair was in room for visitors to sit in. Just a bed and night stand. Not very welcoming for first impression. Her food for dinner was cold. However the quality of care was there so keeping the most important thing in mind the care it was a positive one. Would ha e received 5 stars if the room was more welcoming.

When my mom was in long term care and then memory care, everyone took excellent care of her and we did not have any issues. We only moved her to be closer to her home and family.

My mother was left in the main lobby with no food and water and she was in hospice. She died later that week
