Really bag management and no security – I moved 3 years ago to Memphis. Lived two in Collierville and one already in Mud Island - Estates at River Pointe. I recently moved from Estates, not renewing my leasing, here is my honest opinion: I didn't have any problem at all with Estates at River point, inside of the complex building, people living there are really nice and during the summer is OK. I have lived here for three years, with no problems. However, I have a big problem now. RATS Seriously, they are everywhere. I have been calling the office for over a month about the problem, and I'm getting blown off. I'm being told that they are baiting the dozens of rat holes around the dumpster and in all the bushes...but I still see at least one rat a day, usually more. BEWARE! A Sham. – Lots of the residents in my building appear to be undergraduate students, or very, very young graduate students. Beware-perhaps NOT the best place to be if you are a serious student who wants plenty of peace and quiet to study. The quality of the craftmanship of my apartment is very SHODDY.
