As we just received notice that effective 10/27/2025, Willow Bridge Property Company will be taking over. So we will have a new Property Manager. Terrible management—pond smells awful, trash overflows, gate never works. Fancy lights don’t fix real problems! The pond near Building 2500 (right beside my patio) hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. It’s fully covered in green algae and gives off a strong foul odor that constantly seeps into our apartment. It’s extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy to live with this odor every single day. I moved here almost four months ago. I've had a really tough time. I thought I'd regret it. But thanks to Doneshia Adams, the management team, my problems have been resolved one by one. If it weren't for her, I might have considered leaving. The complex is in a great location. They need to prioritize cleanliness and trash collection more.
I toured with Daneisha a few days ago and I was blown away by the many amenities and beauty of the property. Not only was the 3bdrm apartment was so much more than I expected with a foyer and very large rooms, but Daneisha’s patience and enthusiasm for the property was contagious. Very excited about making Cedars at John Creek my home.
Work order completed partially. The whole above the towel holder needs to fix. The maintenance guy told me he will send someone to fill that whole with cement but it’s still pending
