My experience has not been the same as many of the people submitting reviews of this property. As a home owner, 15+ years, I have seen a decline in the quaity of service provided by the property management company, that builds itself as an actual HOA. An actual HOA is comprised of and run by residents, unless the law has changed; it is not a entity administrated by an appointed Administrator. Whether it is trash pick up or lawn care.
