They need a new manager. The current manager Kristi is just horrible and rude. Work orders need to be done sooner. I submitted my work order for my front door lock to be fixed in August yet it still is broke. They need to clean the gym it’s very dirty. They need more customer service skills and friendliness. Right now Kim the leasing agent is so rude that right away you will want to speak to the manager but sad part is the manager is worse.
