Shoddy work in finishes. Paint so thinned out you can see the drywall. Trim work is horrible. Even my towel racks are not level. Sold me a flat lot so I could build a pool, then graded my back yard uphill. On-site personnel rude and builder(s) there have been several! difficult to deal with. I would not recommend. Build somewhere else.
