I was initially hesitant even with the amount of positive reviews that I saw however, when I made the first call the receptionist made me feel at ease with her voice alone and then the time came to meet with Jessy. They were able to see us the same day and the process down to the location was discreet and professional. wow. if you need an appraisal (or probably anything else jewelry and watch related): jessy is m i n d b l o w i n g l y knowledgeable. i was curious the value of my ring and was just in awe of how much goes into pricing and how he just sees every factor effortlessly. and he was very patient when i was always curious and very transparent. and mandy squeezed me in right away for an appointment❤️ go here for sure. and theres a chandler location as well as scottsdale. im so impressed id go to a seminar to learn from him.
Jesse was very helpful with his explanation of the values of miscellaneous items I brought in. Very professional and would go to him again!!
