Rusty is very fair and reasonable. As a picker / reseller I know he has to get the most money he can for his clients he's hosting sales for. But that being said he always strives to find a fair middle ground for both the clients he's selling for and the customers he's selling to. Plus he has some great stories to tell so fun to hang out with and listen to!
This business is very dishonest. He is very racist and treat any other race and whomever is not born in USA in a disrespectful manner. I don't recommend this business since he is not acting professional and treat customers very awful. Please do not support this business.
Family items in an Estate Sale are "Priceless" to the owner, but only to the owner. Don't consider an Estate Sale as a way to make top dollar, because that isn't the purpose. It is to find a new home for cherished items that you grew up with or your family had. The Estate Sale Guru was exactly the help I needed. Rusty and his team, Jeannette and Rafael, were very professional and knowledgeable of the items that I had. They went through everything and created a wonderful display of decades of my memories.
