My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cricket (no longer with the firm) at their Lynchburg office. We set up our Durable and Healthcare Power of Attorney papers, as well as our Living Wills. We were impressed with how straightforward the entire process was, from scheduling our appointments to signing the documents. Cricket took special care to describe each step of the process, as well as what we can expect from them should any of our documents need to be put into action.
