I found The Establishment after searching for a Green Circle salon in the area (if you’re not familiar but care about sustainability, it is worth a google search- they go above and beyond to decrease the environmental impact of hair services) and reached out to set up a somewhat last-minute appointment (especially considering a holiday rush) for some color and a cut. Great! This is my first time cutting at this salon. I had Maggie cut my hair yesterday, and she did an amazing job. She was very gentle with my hair, made me sleepy because the experience was so chilling haha. Totally recommend!

Had my first visit with Kara today and it was fantastic. She's super sweet, experienced and works hard to understand the look you're going for. She cut and colored my hair and it looks the best it has in quite some time. I'm very happy to have found Kara at The Establishment!

Kara is hands down a color magician! I came in with faded out fashion colored hair with a ton going on with the goal of getting back to a natural but fun dark to light look. She was upfront and very detailed about the best way to achieve what I wanted while being sure to keep my hair healthy. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't wait for my next appointment ♡
