I would reserve with them.When we first talked they were very kind with the tour and giving us a lay out of the pricing for the event. Later they emailed the price of the venue for what we wanted and time we could have it for. We emailed the parents to information and pricing and when they was contacting them for putting down a deposit to reserve the date the venue added hidden prices that was not told of before. I was blessed to work with an excellent staff member at The Establishment. She simplified the process, provided feedback, and encouragement. The venue provided in-house tables, chairs, sound system, and other minor convenience (ice machine). They also have a deep prep-kitchen (enough for folks to move about). The parking was plentiful, and my guests didn't have to pay for parking.
