Beautiful place. Food is different but good (small portions), was not impressed with mixed drinks.
We had a nice relaxing dinner at the bar. There was a good selection of craft brews and a mussels special that was spectacular!
Try it you'll like it! Awesome food, excellent service, fun place!

The food at The Establishment is amazing. The Miso Pork Blade Steak was 'like a party in my mouth'. The flavors were incredible and savory. I can't wait to have it again. I recently had breakfast there and they offer somewhat unique choices. The sunny side up was also very flavorful. I commented to my friends that the restaurant/bar has a very cool vibe. I highly recommend this place.
First off, you outside bartender James is the reason why we keep on coming back. Without a doubt, his personality and awesome customer service is the reason why me and all my friends think he's the #1 best bartender on the island. We love you James!!!
We had fried oysters, pierogies and crab toast! The food here is phenomenal! I come here every year and try to eat here every night when I am here for a week! I dream about their hanger steak with house made steak sauce and chimichuro butter until I can come back and have it again! Great food! Great drinks! Great staff and a gracious owner! I would give them 10 stars if I could! And then more!!!! #lovethisplace
