I lived here for 5 years and had no complaints up until the last couple months. Not only are the current renovations completely unnecessary, but they impede residents daily lives. To top it off, I've never gone through a moving inspection that was so tedious and unnecessary. Finally when you need something done, your likely left waiting on staff/management all day! This place needs a complete overhaul in management from the top down.
Worse I've ever had. Very basic build for luxury price. Rent was raised by 300 dollars. Tons of fees they don't tell you about. Current renovations mean no front door for 2 months, noise from the reno, and a maze trying to get to the mail room. Management doesn't know what they're doing and you'll get different answers for questions depending on who you ask. They're now adding a fee for valet trash even though there are 3 trash chutes on each floor.... gee thanks? The only big plus is the location is great and the apartment ... read more
Eastside is the best complex I've ever lived in! The facilities and management are flawless; I can't think of a single problem I've had while living here. I would recommend Eastside to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!
