Ok, I was pleased with my building, but now that rain and snow came down, the building has a bunch of snow. Why wouldn't they use closure strips?? It's also on the corners where the wind blew in! So I'm not very happy with their building at this point!
When scheduled essential Construction was courtous, prompt and extremely professional. They showed great skill and they really know their trade.. thanks Christian and Christian. Great job!!!!

This was truly an amazing experience from the initial discussion to the installation of the concrete and both buildings. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a metal building. They are great at communicating through the process and meeting scheduled timelines. These building look great on our property and will definitely use them for all our up-and-coming metal building projects.
Just got a new 24x28 metal building done by this company and let me just say that it was the best experience I've ever had dealing with any company doing a project like this. At first I was worried because they are in AR and I am in TN, about a 4.5 hour drive, but there was never an issue. From this assistants in the office to the crew that did the install there was never an issue. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors looking to build a garage or carport. Thanks again to all of you!
